We continue to be available online for our customers. You can order items as usual via our online shop or the order hotline.

Will products continue to be delivered?

Our logistics are currently operating as usual. However, due to continued high package volumes and the ongoing need for safety precautions, our shipping service providers are unfortunately experiencing capacity bottlenecks and delays in delivery. In these cases we ask for your patience and understanding.

Will the specified delivery time remain unchanged?

Can the Customer Service Center be contacted as normal?

Yes, it continues to be accessible by telephone or email between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. In some cases there may be longer waiting times than usual because we have fewer employees available due to the closure of childcare facilities, preschools and schools, and the employees’ subsequent childcare responsibilities.
