1. General questions about the shop

Why is it possible to buy some products directly on haba.de, but others not?

We offer a lovingly selected range of products in our online shop to meet our customers’ desires. Some products however are not suitable for selling online. Products that are not available online can be purchased through retail shops which you can find near you through our store finder. In addition to many great HABA products, retailers offer special advice and you can experience more HABA products for yourself up close.

2. Questions about the order process


I forgot the password to my HABA account. What can I do?

You can request a new password on our website. Simply go to the login page in your shopping cart and click on “Forgot password”. We will then send a message containing a new password to the
e-mail address stored in your HABA account.

How much do you charge for deliveries?

Shipping costs 4.95 EUR per order.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, the minimum order amount is 20.00 EUR.

Is it possible to deliver my order via express service?

No, we currently do not offer an express service.

I have sent my order too soon, can I add more items?

Please contact our Customer Services via shop@haba.de.

Can I order from abroad?

Ordering from the HABA online shop is only possible from Germany, Austria and France.

3. Questions about payment

Which payment methods do you offer?

Currently accepted payment methods are prepayment, credit card or PayPal. As soon as your payment has been received, your order will be sent. 

4. Questions about delivery


How is my order delivered?

You will receive your order from a parcel service (Hermes).

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Your order is delivered within 3 to 5 working days. 

Do you deliver to addresses abroad? 

No, we can currently only deliver to Germany, Austria and France. Please note that the order must also be placed directly from the respective country.

Can I specify a delivery address different from my invoicing address?

Yes, a different delivery address is possible. Simply enter them in the relevant order step. Please note, however, that the countries of both addresses must be identical. We only deliver to Germany, Austria, and France.

5. Questions about discount codes

How can I redeem my discount code?

Simply place your desired products in the shopping cart. When you have all of the products in the shopping card, continue to checkout. Next enter your delivery and payment information. On the "final review" page, you can enter your discount code in the field provided for it and click on "redeem." Then your discount will be shown. You now just have to accept the Terms & Conditions and click on "Buy now" to submit your order.

What terms apply for my discount code?

Please refer to the respective redemption terms for their applicability as well as other terms. Please note that a cash payment of the discount value is not possible. No discounts can be credited for books and already reduced items.

Can I redeem several discount codes at once?

Only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

Can I redeem a discount code retroactively for an order?

It's not possible to redeem a discount code retroactively.


5. Questions about returns

I would like to return an item. Where do I have to send it?

Please use the return slip that came with your order. The return address is already printed on this. Returns are sent to the following addresses:

If there was no return slip included in your delivery, you can always print out a new return slip here.

Do I have to pay postage for returns?

No, HABA covers the postage for you. Simply use the return slip that came with your delivery.

You can print a new return form at any time here.

Does HABA offer a replacement service?

Yes, should you have lost a figure while playing, please feel free to use our replacement parts request form to order a replacement.

Where can I find game instructions for HABA games?

You can find game instructions for our games using our game instructions search feature. Simply enter the title or item number of the game in the search field.
